Set in Puerto Rico, struggling college freshman Camila accidentally boards the legendary Indigo Bus on her way home for summer break. The bus transports her to a timeless town hidden in the El Yunque rainforest, where she finds work at a tienda de curiosidades and befriends the cursed and fearsome outcast, Doña Z. Over the summer, Camila uncovers the town's secrets and discovers a community and sanctuary she never knew she needed.
